| Laserscan 3D
The Laserscan 3D measurement system was developed as a result of research compilation with Munich's University Polyclinic, and has proven to be among the fastest and least labor-intensive 3D measurement systems available. Scans can be completed in a matter of minutes. Principle of Operation A laser beam is projected via a special optic system onto the object surface. The reflection of the beam is observed at a defined angle by a high resolution CCD camera as per the principle of the light slit microscope. |
Technical Data
Accuracy after 3D-matching: 8,5 µm Reproducibility: 2µm 3D-scan volume (single scan) Mulitscan function allows to add several single scans to a total width of 150 mm (e.g. complete jaws) Scan time: 8000-14000 measured points/second, depending upon the surface topography of the scanned surface Scan axes: 3-5 axes, as specified by customer For more encompassing information, please contact Willytec. |
